SRVA is governed by five officers and five area representatives; in addition, the Director of The Woodlands Association (TWA) acts as an advisory member.

President: Bob Furano(bobfurano@yahoo.com)
- Directs the activities of the Association
- Communicates to the Association such matters
- Represents the interests of the Village to TWA

Vice President: Norma Dermenjian (Njdermenjian@aol.com)
- Performs all duties of the president during the absence of the president
- Acts as the parliamentarian for all meetings
- Makes final rulings as to the applicability of the rules of order adopted by the Executive Committee

Treasurer: Jim Chiles (281-216-3709)
- Accounts for all moneys received and expended for use of the Association, and make payments authorized by the Executive Committee
- Prepares an annual report of the transactions and conditions of the Association

Secretary: Ashlea Emerson(281-433-0219)
- Communicates all Association meetings and record the proceedings
- Conducts correspondence on behalf of the Association

Events Chair: Sue Young (sue@texastwirlers.com)
- Acts as the primary coordinator for all social events hosted by the Association
- Assists the Treasurer with Association social event expenses and revenues
- Assists the Secretary with publicizing Association social events

TWA Director : Anthony Fasone (sr_twa@hotmail.com)
- Represents Sterling Ridge Residents on the Board of Directors of TWA, which provides services such as fire protection, parks and recreation, supplemental law enforcement, and solid waste removal.
- Participates in policy and budget decisions related to TWA.

Elections
All board members are duly elected by residents of the village. Area representatives are elected to one-year terms. The president and secretary are elected to two-year terms in even numbered years, beginning in 2006. Whereas, the vice president, treasurer and events chair are elected to two-year terms in odd numbered years.
