Recommendations for Services, Programs or Capital Improvements
in The Woodlands?
Each year, the Community Associations of The Woodlands prepare
budgets for the following year. Items that have been addressed
in recent years include, but have not been limited to, median
renovations, sign renovations, new parks and park renovations,
construction of fire station number six in the Village of College
Park, fire equipment and apparatus, law enforcement initiatives,
and a reduction in assessment rates. We invite residents to
submit ideas that them may have pertaining to services,
programs or capital improvements by August 24th to
an SRVA
officer so that they may be considered for submission to
the Community Associations of The Woodlands.
The University Center
- SRVA Scholarship
The University Center (TUC) has updated the deadline for the
scholarship being awarded jointly awarded by TUC and SRVA to
October 1st.

Fall Flea Market
One way SRVA earns money to fund scholarships to Sterling Ridge
residents is by volunteering at community events. On October
1st, SRVA will be helping with the Fall
Flea Market. Visit our site to see more details on volunteering
or purchasing a booth.

One of the purposes of SRVA is to serve the interests and welfare
of the Village. As part of this goal, we strive to provide
timely and relevant information about the village and The Woodlands,
in general. Please take a few minutes to complete
this survey. You can respond anonymously or provide your
contact information.
Next Meeting:
- The next meeting is Monday, September 12th
at 7:00 pm at Branch Crossing YMCA (map).
This meeting's
agenda can be found on our website. We will focus on the
plans for the Sterling Ridge Christmas Event.
Future meeting change: Beginning in October,
the meetings will change to the fourth Monday
of the month. (10/24, 11/28). The December meeting will be
held a week earlier due to the holidays (12/19).
