Montgomery County Sheriff's Office

Would you like to learn about law enforcement?
Have you ever wondered what it’s like inside a SWAT vehicle, how Crime Scene Investigators dust for finger prints, or would just like to know more about how the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office works? If so, you can sign up for the Montgomery County Sheriff Citizen’s Academy. This 15 week program is offered twice a year during the spring and fall on Thursday evenings from 7 to 10 PM, with one Saturday class. Each class is taught by a staff of highly knowledgeable law enforcement professionals from the Sheriff’s Office. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check to attend the classes. The Fall session begins August 14, 2014. For more information, go to the  MOCO website.
