Bring the kids for a fun day at the pool - free/no passes needed.
We hold our open public meetings on the first Thursday of each month. The meetings start promptly at 7:00 pm and all Sterling Ridge Village residents are invited to attend.
Meeting dates are posted on The Woodlands Township’s calendar and here on the Sterling Ridge Village website. For attendance information please email us at srvathewoodlands@gmail.com.
Food tastes from around the world, games for kids, bounce-houses, snow-cones, face painting, pony rides, fire department and sheriff’s office meet and greets, etc.
The Fishing Festival is our remarkable event for kids. We started this as a small fishing tournament for residents and every year it is a big hit. Kids and adults gather together and spend a morning fishing and enjoying nature. There will be awards for biggest fish and most fish caught in three age groups.
Our motto at this event is, leave the park in better condition than we found it. While we have fun and catch a lot of fish, we also take the opportunity to clean up the park and pond. Please sign up and join us at this annual event.
It’s that magical time of the year and your chance to show the community your holiday spirit. Each year The Woodlands holds its annual Holiday Lighting and Decorating Contest and each village has their own competition.
The Sterling Ridge Village Association volunteers will be cruising the streets from December 8th to 15th to select this year's winners in the contest. Have your best decorations on by then.
Judges will select both a winning neighborhood and a winning house. The winners will be notified and presented with yard signs plus a plaque for Best Home and skating rink passes for Best Neighborhood. The awards will be given out on December 18th.
The Sterling Ridge Village Association is proud to support our local schools and students through meaningful contributions that make a real difference! In addition to helping schools purchase new desks, technology, and essential classroom supplies, we awarded $2,000 scholarships to eight deserving students this past year. Over the last three years, we've given away more than $75,000 in funds to enhance education in our community.
To continue this important mission, we're asking for your support in the SRVA Golf Classic, which will be held November 18, 2025 at Lake Windcrest Golf Club. We will have special guests, Dr. Vinson, Conroe ISD's new Superintendent, and Karen Garza, the district's CFO. There will be breakfast and lunch served, great giveaways and raffle prizes.
Our goal with the Golf Classic is to raise $50,000 to help our local schools and fund our Sterling Ridge Village Association Scholarship Program. Please consider being a sponsor and/or participant in a very fun day outing. If you can't fill a foursome, we will help find players.
The Sterling Ridge Village Association is truly humbled by the incredible support from the Township and our neighbors in the Village and we hope to give your team an incredible day and exceed all our expectations.
